My handsome son Jean-luc at his school prom he did have a hat but wouldn't wear it lol, they break up Friday.  He went out swimming with his buddy system today and got a subway reminds me I got half still in fridge I might finish lol.  He got himself sweets and biscuits of market and brought Kira sweets also. 

This lovely afghan I don't know who made it I found in a charity shop in town for £5  I couldn't walk pass it as I thought it cost more than that in the wool

Not been on here for ages here's a few things I'm making a Dr who iPad bag crochet pattern on jayda in stitches on utube.  A huge granny square  with wonder soft merry ground yarn I love it got it in cotton moon shop in my town.  And a granny ripple pattern off crochet crowd 

Ohhhh my new sofa here!! Well new to me as I got it second hand I love it.  Both the kids came home n gave me a cuddle Jeanluc took a photo of us on it lol n went upstairs Kira sat on it n not budged lol., she refuses lol

Old sofa where table used to be. Table has gone up the skip  it's so comfy I won't mind falling asleep on this lol.  They brought it early I was like whoop whoop

Got it in emporium in pimperne second hand clear it shop, they are fab be going there again as so cheap!! I've been crocheting comfy today 

Here's the crochet I'm working on a granny ripple and granny square blanket.  This ripple when done might be going over my new sofa I got on Friday can't wait till it turns up Tuesday be so comfy!!

Got it second hand was chuffed it was still there when I went in Friday. Can't moan at this sofa i have had it 6 years. I be going there again as stuff was very cheap need a chest of drawers for Kira room so might be popping back in there 

Jeanluc turned 17 on Thursday dunno where that times gone was amusing though he got another phone yet again from his dad and he sent a email on his birthday?.

Heard a few things about him this week been spotted in Poole driving a bus dunno why people think We would want to know about him I'm not bothered.  As Kira goes am I bothered in Catherine Tate voice lol she went why do people think we care when We don't .  She went not heard from him in years 

I have a new addiction Kumihimo keep making them either Kira or mum pinch them lol. 

Got the latest simply crochet in post last week and started on the granny trebble top,finished the back today when in mums and I started on the front

Was lovely sat in garden when we got home.  

Started new meds on Friday for my heart and so far so good no side effects!! Yeah

The God awful hacking cough with ramipril has gone away since taking the new ones. And no awful nightmares like I was having with ramipril . Thankgod I'm hoping it stays that way 

Not posted in ages have picked up my stitching mojo again after not wanting to stitch for months!! So I'm working on my grandads stitch a photo I swear I need glasses as I get the magnify lamp out now when I'm working on this!!

Been doing allot of knitting on another cardigan and started another crochet granny ripple after my birthday present of wool 

Got Jeanluc dla award today so chuffed!! It took me hours to fill in first one I've done on my own posted it last Friday here today so pleased how quick it came back.  He is happy bunny he went yeah.

Had a big sort out in his bedroom lots gone up the tip  room for a desk now. Getting rid all his cars he don't ever use them now as he's constantly on Minecraft 

I've started tech ban when he mucks things up hoping it kicks something off not to do it as he loose it. Had hell of a two weeks with his laptop and iPad laptop had to go away to get sorted luckily under warranty still ipad I managed to do myself. Then this weekend it was turn of iPod so I've banned leads for iPod/iPad in his room which he hates!!

Kira has been poorly got what I had last week a god awful cough n cold was horrid I was ill for two weeks. Throat is still tight on me.  I've started or going to start new heart meds hopefully today when go phones as says take daily on ramipril it said take evening so dunno why couldn't of said it on this new box lol 

I'm back to seeing my heart Dr every 6months now asked if I had anything stressful in my life I laughed!

I went he's Autusim, adhd, ocd, anxiety attacks and he's 16 yeah he's stressful as ocd on time also!! And food. He went yeah that help towards it lol 

Did find it amusing as week of laptop mayhem god knows how my blood pressure was not high as a kite!! He went your normal I went first time I been called that hehe. He laughed. 

My poncho I made from the simply crochet magazine I really loved making this, I'm gonna add some more rows onto it. 

Yeah finished mums birthday present for Friday, made the scarf from simply crochet magazine issue 26.   I made myself one over Xmas mum loved it so much wanted one. So made up for her birthday pressie.

Now I want to try the hat Kira wants it from same magazine. I've also started a poncho which is in the last issue its lovely 

We had five mins of snow this morning if you'd of blinked you would of missed it lol. At least Kira and kea-luc saw it. 

Lol think Jeanluc loves his onesie I'm gonna have to buy him another one when we go to Poole.
I'm feeling poorly woke up Saturday feeling awful Jeanluc came home yesterday from grandads n kept going poor poorly mum lol.
 I was declared Ill  by Kira when she cuddled me n said I was like a kettle and I'm not getting any more hugs till I'm better!! Been a duvet day on sofa today
Tried crocheting yesterday ended up unpicking four rounds might attempt to do some today.
We're waiting for shopping to arrive back to normal food
Kira said she's cooking one day good little cook she is.
She got a dolce gusto coffee machine  and has Sussed out how to use it now after watching me. She makes her own latte's and asks if I want a hot chocolate lol

Another fab Xmas day really enjoyed it we went to mum n dads. Jeanluc stayed there Xmas eve me n Kira stayed at home first time in five years I woke up Xmas day at home!!

Next year I might even try to get to stay home for Xmas I would love it as not done in five years.

Kids older now so spend most of Xmas day on to watching DVDs or Jeanluc on mine craft

Was funny looking at presents we all know what Kira loves you could tell which pile was ours

And which pile was his as he has no clue what his daughter likes.

Three she absolutely hated. Two are going to be register to friends for birthday as Kira is not a girly girl

And another my mum kept hand warmers Kira went why on earth would I want that!!

She kept slippers and deodorant from him

Jeanluc liked his presents apart from aftershave will be regifted or charity shop

He got allot of money towards his ps vita he wants hopefully we're go get next week when his dos goes in

No phone calls which I didn't expect anyway they not spoken to him in two years we took Jeanluc phone and iPod in just Incase as he knows FaceTime email

Going in mums later for curry yum yum I finished a crochet scarf yesterday which I'm gonna keep

Making a crochet shawl did have a knitting pattern for it Stylecraft found it too fiddly so ended up crocheting it found it much easier. I need to go buy me some more in cotton moon tomorrow 

It feels lovely 

Both kids got xmas jumper day tomorrow, kira got her clothes sorted already to wear lol makes a change!! Jeanluc came home gave me a lovely cuddle must be tired usually goes straight for drink n upstairs I got a bear hug!! 

Made heather a xmas pressie I need to post it off. Got cards in post today both opened to the kids from his parents they never send them anything anyway now so postie would be disappointed

Thought it daft though when I saw Kira's card looks like it's for a baby not a nearly 13yr old. And goddaughter on front of card seem to remember them being grandparents never godparent. 

Me rolls eyes. Dad went that's just ridiculous not send right card. He wanted to post it back I went I can't be bothered Kira probably chuck it on fire anyway. 

She made a lovely meal last night kira is now into learning to cook. 

She made burritos last night I've just finished the left overs off for lunch. Tonight we are both making mushroom pasta or pasta raux sauce she calls it.  Can't get over she be 13 next week she's really getting taller now been taller than me soon 

We're going to a xmas party on Saturday looking forward to it I'm taking pom Pom makers so they can all make some xmas pom poms. 

Saturday after I'm having my Saturday respite session whoop whoop only taking me 5 years!! Jean-luc be going out with them every Saturday now be weird being able to go out with kira on our own. 

We had senior disco at Jean-luc school last week I enjoyed that I was crocheting scarf below did most of it there didn't believe me when I said be done in two days lol. I'd already made one for my aunty.

Knitting a shawl started today with Stylecraft kisses wool gonna look lovely when done as got a holey effect to it.

Been a while since I been on finished a Drapey poncho pattern by king cole getting a addiction for king cole yarn. Few mistakes on it as shouldn't knit when I'll or tired lol.  Doing another granny stripes blanket.   Started a Stylecraft crochet scarf yesterday need 19 rows I'm in row 14 it's quick. Then a border to do and flower.

Good news finally got respite for Jeanluc taken God knows how long finally happening this month happy dance!! He be going out with a buddy on a Saturday me n kira can have girlie time. So might be last youth club I be attending Saturday I miss it. As I like chatting with the leaders and I've been learning a lad to knit a scarf. He's taken on the Dr who scarf!! After seeing mine knitted up he wanted to learn. Not seen him for a few weeks as missed last one taking kira to specsavers. So hoping he's done 52 rows of camel!! 

I am well chuffed with my first knitted cardigan I love it!! Not perfect but I finished it lol. Now doing a king cole pattern jumper in monsoon colour. I have to say I could of gone a size smaller more like a jacket but lovely n warm!! Might attempt another one later in different colour.

Back on stitching on grandad not felt like stitching in months now in the mood for it yesterday and was chuffed with what I done!! Went butlins last week had a fab time catching up with friends at gala dinner made even better we could choose our table this year we were first in kids made a beeline for centre table on upper level lol. Think management amazed  as we didn't go to front 

We had some fun people on our table it made our night they were a hoot!! Keith table host got us all drunk lol. I really felt it Thursday as I don't do wine!!  Well it was free lol I remember counting three glasses gave up!! 

We found another knitting shop as other one closed I'm amazed we've never seen it before pandora behind coop carpark in minehead does fabric and threads also. I got a few balls of king cole n started a poncho Thursday 

I had a lovely cuddle with redcoat paul no longer a redcoat but well redcoat paul he always be lol. He saw us tues in skyline n came over n chatted with us for ages.  If your ever at butlins n see the rag dolls  in concert there go they are fab!! We had them at gala dinner Wednesday and they were brilliant

On my poncho I'm knitting I've doubled up the wool as too thin will use three balls all together I got a knit winder so wound up two balls to 50g easier to knit with. 

I swapped numbers this year with friends at butlins as not going gala next year give it a miss 

Still plodding along with my king cole chunky cardigan first knitting one so the ribbing not perfect at bottom. Gonna settle down in a bit n do the wrap border on other side 

Took Jeanluc for his appointment today really pleased he's lost half a stone!! Between now n last appointment well chuffed. Also the non so called heart problem been sorted out as I said all along it was his asthma but pe teacher n nurse did not believe me. Nice to be in the right when I knew I was right in first place. Taken a year but it's finally sorted whoop whoop. And the idiot off my back.

We went to lidl on way home and tescos n morrisons what jl don't realise is we are making him walk lol. 

I finished the star gonna put on floor in my room as a rug. Might try another one I love doing these was pleased for first go. Finished a big granny square as well.  I won a prize on fb from black sheep wools two books and some lovely wool, I'm gonna start the tablet cover in the book. My crochet cardigan I'm at shaping. I'm also doing a paton crochet jacket finished back n left front on right front.as you can tell crochet has taken over me!! Stitching bug has gone I need to pick it up as need to work on grandads photo.

 I'm so pleased with Jeanluc exam results he got top marks!! I wasn't sure on the grading system but he passed on 3's which is top mark!! So chuffed. Was funny lessons he hated he got top marks in!!

We went into mum n dads at weekend he forgot to take laptop kept getting moody as I wouldn't leave when he wanted me n mum couldn't stop laughing told him to stop asking. He typed it on his ipod n asked can we go now we cracked up!!
